The Role
We are seeking a talented Legal Counsel (Fixed Term Contract) to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in protecting and empowering our organisation. Your legal expertise will be essential in safeguarding our operations and ensuring legal integrity.

Your responsibilities will include managing a broad spectrum of legal affairs, providing expert guidance on contract law, commercial agreements, and corporate governance matters, collaborating with various departments to address legal issues proactively, conducting legal research, and overseeing the development of legal strategies that align with our objectives.

The Requirements
We are looking for a solid background in contract law, corporate governance and compliance management, honed in a corporate or law firm setting. You should be proficient in problem-solving, equipped with sharp analytical skills and a detail-oriented outlook. Ability to communicate complex legal information clearly to diverse audiences is also essential. Adept at juggling multiple tasks and thriving in a dynamic environment that values timely delivery is a must.
