Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legislation, and providing strategic legal counsel. You'll also foster relationships across departments while enhancing legal acumen within the company. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts
• Provide strategic legal opinions on operations
• Support compliance with ongoing regulations
• Deliver legal training to internal teams
• Lead legal representations in various projects Requirements:
• Degree in Law with active license in Ontario
• At least five years in corporate legal roles
• Strong grasp of corporate legislation
• Proven experience building stakeholder relationships
