Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Senior Associate Corporate role on behalf of a well-established Law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established senior corporate lawyer to be part of a multi-award winning and growing law firm.
Help manage and grow the corporate workload largely independently
Provide support to the Commercial team
Identify and analyse current and emerging legal issues and risk and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business; be involved in risk mitigation discussions.
Qualified solicitor, with background from a good corporate & commercial law firm and/or in-house team with experience of corporate transactions.
Location: Remote (Required in their office 1 day per month)
