· Drafting/Reviewing various documents pertaining to Debt Transaction for Project / Private Equity Transaction, Fractional Ownership, Deed of Mortgage, Pledge of Shares, Deposit of Title Deeds, Shareholders Agreement, etc.

· Good at Company Law and functional knowledge of dematerialization

· Working knowledge of IBC/Corporate Laws/Real Estate Laws/FDI/RBI Regulations

· Drafting/reviewing various documents like Agreement for Sale, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Agreement to Lease, Deed of Assignment, Lease Deed, Leave Licence Agreements, Escrow Agreements, Power of Attorney.

· Discussing and deliberating with clients/lender for getting financial closure and finalising relevant documents
