The ideal candidate should have experience working in a corporate legal environment, with proven expertise in drafting various commercial documents, including term sheets, operator agreements, and shareholder agreements.
The successful candidate will provide legal support for corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. They will advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they will liaise with external legal counsel when necessary and maintain and update legal templates, contracts, and corporate records.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a Master's degree (LLM). You should also have at least 6 months of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm. Strong communication, legal writing, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
