Corporate Lawyer – Consultancy Work

Job description
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer to join a key client of ours on a flexible consultancy basis. This client is an innovative law firm, dedicated to servicing entrepreneurial clients to include start-ups and SMEs. They pride themselves on their ‘people first’ approach and their recently obtained B-Corp status.

This consultancy arrangement is non-exclusive, capable of sitting alongside other projects, and can be undertaken on a fully remote basis.

The successful Lawyer can expect to be provided with work from the firm, with a competitive hourly rate to support this.

Should Lawyers also be interested in building their own client book of business, the firm will support these endeavours and will award the Lawyer with a fee share of any resulting work. A desire to BD and build a book of business is NOT required, however.

Successful Lawyers are likely to demonstrate:
• Qualification as a Solicitor in England Wales
• A strong corporate law background obtained from notable city or international law firms
• A wealth of corporate law experience
• A genuine interest in working on a flexible consultancy basis
• A desire to work with SMEs, start ups and scale ups
• The ability to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail
• The capacity to start a new opportunity immediately or at short notice. Read more
