A business boutique law firm in Sarasota is seeking a transactional corporate attorney with 2 to 10 years of sophisticated experience. Qualified candidates should have substantial corporate transactional experience, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and partnerships; structuring and documenting acquisition transactions and joint ventures; and working directly with clients. Corporate tax experience preferred but not required.
