Job Title: Corporate HR Professional

Job Summary:

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Corporate HR Professional to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver comprehensive human resource plans that meet the needs of the business;
• Lead recruitment and staffing efforts to attract and retain top talent;
• Develop and maintain effective employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures;
• Manage employee onboarding, development, and offboarding processes;
• Provide coaching and counseling to employees to improve performance and resolve conflicts.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Extensive experience in recruiting and staffing, preferably in retail or manufacturing sectors;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders;
• Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi;
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
