Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as the City Head, reporting directly to the CXOs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments within the organisation and maintaining effective communication channels between team members, senior executives, and the CXOs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and recruit high-quality service partners such as Private Chefs, Bartenders and Caterers. Oversee the onboarding process for new service partners, ensuring compliance with BookMyChef's standards and guidelines.
· Design and Execute training module for service partners.
. Communication Hub: Serve as the primary liaison between the city and the head office, providing regular updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities
· Oversee and coordinate activities across all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
· Act as a central point of contact for team members to escalate issues, report progress, and address bottlenecks.
· Provide regular updates to the CXOs on departmental performance, project status, and key metrics.
· Proactively identify potential challenges or opportunities and propose solutions to the CXOs.
· Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned by the leadership team
· Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
· Background in, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
· 10 years of experience in a leadership role, within the hospitality industry
· Strong understanding of hospitality services, market trends, and customer needs.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to driving results.
· Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
· Experience working closely with executives and providing high-level support.
