Corporate Controller Remote High Growth Healthcare Company

High growth PE backed healthcare company is looking to add a Corporate Controller to their team. Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead continued formalization of accounting, financial reporting, systems, and processes and will get involved in purchase accounting and other M&A accounting implications. The entire team sits remote and there is very occasional travel to company locations. Company has been performing well and paying generous above plan bonuses.



Company is looking for someone with experience working for a high growth company, ideally $100mill+ multi-location and PE backed. Experience as the point person to the outside audit and tax firm required. Big 4 or Mid-tier public accounting foundation and a CPA is highly preferred.
