A Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm with 3 offices in the Thames Valley is seeking a Senior Associate Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join the current practice.
• Centrally located offices with easy access to transport links
• Competitive salary - £70,000 - £100,000

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In
• Mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and management buy-ins
• Private equity, corporate restructuring
• Joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and investment agreements
• Share incentive schemes
• Corporate finance business start-ups
• Corporate governance partnerships and LLPs
• Transaction value up to £20million
You will be required to have a general corporate/commercial background with experience in dealing with both small and large clients and be able to demonstrate your technical ability and a natural flare for business development/marketing.
The team of 3 is Partner led. The focus of work is on owner-managed businesses and includes a wide range of corporate clients from start-ups and subsidiaries of overseas companies and public sector limited companies.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Associate Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a successful and busy team.
This senior role is due to expansion and a range of PQE is being considered.
