Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Chef based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. The Corporate Chef will be responsible for designing and implementing new culinary concepts and menus, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and training kitchen staff. The Corporate Chef will also collaborate with the marketing team to promote new menu items and participate in cost control and inventory management to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in culinary arts, food preparation, and cooking techniques
• Skills in menu design, food presentation, and recipe development
• Leadership and staff training abilities
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and safety standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience in the food service industry, particularly in a supervisory or executive chef role is a plus
