Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an opportunity available for a 4-5th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience for its client's Denver, CO office.
Ideal candidates should have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, interpersonal and project management skills.
Experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and other ancillary transaction documents and otherwise meeting the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients is expected.
The ideal candidate will have good business and strategic judgment and play a lead role as an extension of the client business teams working in a team-orientated and dynamic environment.
