Job Description
• Lead and manage the financial operations of the company.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies and plans.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors to conduct annual audits.
• Provide financial guidance to the management team in making strategic decisions.
• Manage and guide the accounting team to achieve financial objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Accounting Lead should have:
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Accounting along with FP&A
• Experience of USGAAP/IFRS is must
• Open to CA/MBA finance/CWA
• Remote opportunity
• Candidate should come from new age technology companies, health care industry
• Comfortable with US time zone
