Job Description:
• Strong background in enterprise and datacentre technologies in large-scale deployments
• Minimum 8-15 years’ of experience providing support to enterprise level clients.
• Detailed technical knowledge on Cisco ACI, ISE, Nexus technology, Cisco/Aruba wireless devices, load balancer, WAN technologies, software-defined/virtualised networking, unified networking, multi-context networking devices
• Experience in the operation, implementation and support of ACI and ISE
• In-depth experience of Cisco networking products backed up by a current CCIE certification (desirable)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, technical, multi-site and multi-disciplinary problems
• Ability to audit and understand customer’s network environment using various market toolsets and provide recommendations in line with industry best practice
• Experience in multiple Cloud data centre implementations and support (desirable)
• Ability to demonstrate Infrastructure focus as well as understanding of Cloud based operations and Service model including Container deployments and associated networking
• Experience of infrastructure as code, network automation and orchestration toolsets
• Proven understanding of what is required to establish a robust operational cloud environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
