As a Core Java Developer with CCB experience, youll be responsible for developing and maintaining Java-based applications.Youll work with a team to ensure our systems run efficiently, securely, and meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement Java applications and components based on business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze and understand functional requirements to create technical specifications and design documents.
• Develop and maintain application architecture, including system design, data modeling, and integration points.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues in Java applications.
• Optimize application performance through code improvements, efficient algorithms, and resource management.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing solutions and fixes in a timely manner.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality software.
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends, applying new knowledge to improve development practices.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Core Java Developer, with a strong portfolio of Java-based applications.
• Proficiency in Core Java concepts, including object-oriented programming, collections, concurrency, and exception handling.
• Experience with Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE is a plus.
