We're seeking a talented and data-driven Copywriter to bring our vision to life through persuasive and emotionally resonant content. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for language, a strong sense of audience psychology, and a passion for storytelling that drives results. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand voice and optimizing messaging to boost engagement and conversions across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for a wide range of platforms, including video scripts, landing pages, Facebook & Google ads, email campaigns, website content, and social media posts.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Audience Research: Conduct in-depth audience research to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and pain pointstranslating these into tailored messaging strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and design to ensure brand alignment and meet campaign objectives.
Quality Control: Proofread and edit content rigorously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with Think School's tone and style.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar content creation role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adapt messaging accordingly.
- Deep understanding of audience psychology and content strategy.
- Ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms and campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- A passion for storytelling and a drive to create content that inspires action.
Requirements:
- Experience in writing performance-driven content for digital platforms, especially YouTube, paid ads, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with basic marketing analytics and performance tools is a plus.
- A creative mindset and eagerness to experiment with new formats, hooks, and frameworks.
