Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in North Indian or Chinese cuisine and be able to prepare a variety of dishes to a high standard. The cook will be responsible for managing the kitchen, preparing and cooking food, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in North Indian or Chinese cuisine to a high standard.
• Manage the kitchen and ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and manage ordering of ingredients as needed.
