Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the kitchen and a strong understanding of Indian food safety and preparation techniques. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
