Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, including preparing contracts, conducting title searches, and ensuring that all documents are properly signed and filed. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Draft and review contracts of sale, purchases, remortgages and mortgages.
Provide advice to clients on the legal aspects of their transactions.
Conduct searches and investigations into title and other matters.
Liaise with other legal professionals such as solicitors, surveyors and bankers.
Ensure that all legal requirements are met in the preparation of documents.
Correspond with all parties to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
Open and close files
Deal with SDLT and post completion matters.
Deal with post and banking
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Experience:
Paralegal: 2 years (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bradford BD5 8JX
