Title/Position: Control M Engineer
Job Location: Pune

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Control M to join our Engineering team. As a Control Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the configuration and change control processes for all engineering-related products, software, and systems related to and around control-m .
Migrating jobs to Control-M from other environments, on Prem and cloud both. Working knowledge of other tools like, $U, UC4, TWS is added advantage.
Preparing project plans for migrating batch schedules to Control-M environments
Gathering requirements from existing tools and clients and exporting the same.
Designing plans for creating Control-M Infra v +.0.21.x +.0.20.x, +.0.1+.x and its job definitions.
Creating custom migration scripts to convert data from other schedulers to Control-M. Knowhow of at least one of JSON, Xml, Python or any other language is a must.
Installing and upgrading Control-M components. Working knowledge on Control-m conversion tool. Setting B2B MFT, hub, gateway for MFT enterprise level.
Configuring Control-M add-ons. Knowhow of setting up LDAP authentication. Setting up control-m variables.
Expertise in SSL installation and configuration.
Testing and validating batch jobs to ensure they align with project requirements.
Performing manual updates and modifications to migrated jobs
Restoration, High availability, DR exercises.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in Control M.
Familiarity with Configuration Management tools and software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
Good Experience in Control-m Job Scheduling and Monitoring using GUI and CLI.
Excellent troubleshooting skills on batch and Infrastructure issues and apply the solution with limited/no guidance.
Should have good Experience in creation/modification of jobs using GUI/JIL files and can maintain calendars resources variables and any other components that are supported by BMC Control-m.
