Key Result Areas (KRA) Corporate Lawyer (CS Qualified)
1. Contract Drafting and Management
Objective: Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure they are legally sound and align with clients' objectives.
• Key Activities:
• Draft various types of contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and partnership agreements.
• Review and revise existing contracts to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and third parties to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Implement a contract management system to track deadlines, renewals, and obligations.
2. Legal Consultation and Advisory
Objective: Provide expert legal advice and consultation to clients on various corporate legal matters.
• Key Activities:
• Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' legal needs and provide tailored advice.
• Prepare and deliver detailed legal opinions on complex corporate matters.
• Advise clients on compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to address ongoing legal concerns and updates.
3. Legal Research and Analysis
Objective: Conduct in-depth legal research to support IPR management, contract drafting, and client consultations.
• Key Activities:
• Research relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents related to clients' issues.
• Analyze legal documents and identify key issues and implications.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in corporate law and legal practices.
• Apply research findings to enhance the quality of legal services provided.
4. Professional Development and Continuous Learning
Objective: Continuously enhance legal knowledge and skills to provide high-quality legal services.

• Attend relevant legal training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
