About the role

Contract Assurance Officers oversee large-scale, complex contracts in the VET sector, ensuring compliance with quality standards and interstate funding contractual requirements. You’ll support multiple moving parts, contribute to improving contract policies and processes, and apply strong research skills. The role contributes to the development, implementation, and review of policies, procedures, and processes on contract delivery.

You will offer specialist advice on interstate delivery, assist in monitoring activities to ensure sustainable contract performance, allocating subsidy revenue from state government departments, and support contractual compliance.

Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the seamless delivery of services tailored to meet the many diverse needs of the business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring expertise in coordinating complex contracts within the VET sector, with the ability to handle projects with multiple elements and moving parts. Your strong research and analytical skills enable you to navigate interstate funding requirements and ensure contract compliance.

Highly organised and detail-focused, you excel at prioritising competing demands and delivering quality results within deadlines. You thrive in a collaborative environment, where your ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders fosters positive relationships.
