We're looking for an experienced Contract Approval and Billing Administrator to join our friendly, supportive and close-knit Billings team. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday with flexible hours, and based at our lovely offices at Ascot Office Park in Greenlane, with free parking and close proximity to the motorway.
Reporting to the Billings Team Leader you will work alongside the Customer Support and Business Development teams to provide efficient billing administration service for our patients, specialists and providers. Your key responsibility will be the timely and accurate processing of accounts from claims approval through to invoicing to ensure consistent & seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Along with your confident, professional manner, to succeed in this role you will have:
Accounts or accounting admin experience in a health provider or health insurance setting
Experience interpreting contract details & dealing with funders (e.g. ACC, Southern Cross)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships with external funders, specialists etc.
Good IT skills particularly using MS Word and Excel and Healthcare software
Strong time management skills and high attention to detail
