About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the lifecycle of service agreements and project-based operations.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure contracts are managed effectively, compliance requirements are met, and service delivery aligns with client expectations and ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and administer service contracts and agreements
Support project-based administration, including documentation, tracking, and reporting
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service levels, and ISO 9001 quality standards
Manage contract variations, extensions, and changes
Assist with pricing, invoicing, and financial tracking across projects
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
Maintain accurate contract, project, and compliance records
About You
Experience in contract administration within trades, maintenance, or service-based industries
Exposure to project-based environments
Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Must have valid full-time working rights in Australia
Current Driver’s Licence (preferred)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
