Job Responsibilities
Work closely with HR Ops team and stakeholders to provide communication support.
Craft effective internal communication for new programs, policies, processes, SOPs , initiatives
Partner with specialist groups (Recruitment, Talent, Reward, HR operations, Employee Relations, Global Mobility, Events Content , Training Materials, Employees Handbooks, Policy Writings, Making Presentations, Onboarding Documents. ) to develop, deliver and promote initiatives in line with business needs
Draft communication plans and content with clear, customized narratives to align with the core values of the organization
Work towards creating a distinctive voice, brand, and messaging platform that resonates with a global audience.
Support in creating distinguished communications to spread more awareness, visibility and effectiveness towards employee engagement and motivation.
Ensure compliance of human resources activities with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
