Key Responsibilities
1. Writing & Content Development
- Research, write, edit, and refine content across formats, including social media, website copy, thought leadership, campaign messaging, presentations, blogs, video scripts, emailers, and executive communication
- Translate complex business and technology topics into clear, engaging, and structured narratives
- Support messaging, storytelling, and campaign ideation across client accounts
- Understand client industries, competitors, market trends, and business context to improve relevance and depth of content

2. Content Quality & Delivery
- Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, insight-led, and aligned to client expectations
- Adhere to delivery timelines and turnaroundexpectations across multiple projects
- Minimize errors, rework, and inconsistencies through robust attention to detail
- Maintain high editorial standards with zero tolerance for plagiarism, factual inaccuracies, or careless mistakes
