Primary Responsibilities:

The Copywriter of Digital Content and Social Media Advertising is a pivotal role within our marketing team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and brand consistency of all digital copy and social media advertising produced. This role requires a deep understanding of the Australian market, cultural nuances, and linguistic preferences of our target audience. The Copywriter will collaborate closely with all our team, to craft compelling and effective content that resonates with Australian New Zealand consumers and aligns with our brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Copy Quality Assurance:
• Review and edit all digital content and social media advertising materials prepared by the team to ensure grammatical correctness, clarity, and precision of language.
• Ensure that the copy maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and personality that appeals to Australian consumers and reflects the brand strategies and creative direction defined by the Australian team.
• Cultural and Linguistic Adaptation:
• Apply a deep understanding of Australian culture and language to adapt content for the local audience while retaining the intended messaging and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to provide guidance on linguistic and cultural nuances that enhance the effectiveness of the content.
• Brand Strategy Adherence:
• Work closely with the Australian marketing and brand manager to understand and internalize brand guidelines for each of our multiple brands.
• Ensure that all copy aligns with brand strategies, guidelines, and messaging, maintaining a coherent and unified brand voice across all digital channels.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Maintain open and effective communication with the content and marketing team in India, providing feedback, guidance, and clarifications as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and brand managers, to ensure seamless integration of copy within overall marketing campaigns.
• English Language Expertise:
• Leverage your experience as an English teacher (or similar) in India to ensure impeccable grammar, syntax, and usage of English language in all copy produced.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the team in India to enhance their English language proficiency and writing skills.
• Content Optimization:
• Continuously analyse the performance of digital content and social media advertising, utilizing data insights to refine and optimize copy for maximum engagement, click-through rates, and conversion.
• Project Management:
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring that all copy is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator, or related role, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital content and social media advertising.
• Strong command of the English language with exceptional grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Experience working with diverse teams and cultures, particularly in an international context.
• Familiarity with Australian culture, language, and market preferences.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Previous experience as an English teacher in India is a strong asset.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹125,027.53 - ₹6+1,804.+2 per year
