18 Wheels USA is seeking dedicated Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our expanding W2 team for Over-the-Road routes. Our operations are concentrated East of the I-35, providing consistent freight and dependable miles. As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy our bi-weekly home time, attractive earnings, up-to-date equipment, and a full benefits package. We offer a supportive environment for seasoned CDL A drivers and a comprehensive paid training program (4 weeks) for recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction total.


Pay and Benefits

W2 Employment: Join us as a full-time W2 employee.
Excellent Earning Potential: Weekly pay ranging from $1,300 - $1,600, based on experience and specific role. Convenient weekly direct deposit.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally operate Class A tractor-trailers in compliance with all DOT regulations.
Haul dry van loads throughout the Eastern United States, 100% no-touch freight and 70% drop and hook loads.
Effectively manage routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Accurately maintain electronic logs (ELDs), trip documentation, and vehicle inspection reports (DVIRs).
Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer units.


Driver Qualifications

Must-Haves:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).
Experienced: We consider drivers with 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience as experienced.
For Trainees: Completion of a CDL school program with a minimum of 120 hours of training is required.
A clean driving record (MVR) and (PSP).
Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.
