Eligibility: Strong writing skills with concise, modern content style. Understanding of viral trends and content formats. Ability to simplify real estate, finance, or educational topics. Creative and quick in turning briefs into scripts. Bonus: Experience writing for YouTube creators, influencers, or agencies. Role and Responsibilities: Write 10–14 short-form scripts weekly (30–45 second Reels/Shorts/TikToks). Write 2 long-form scripts weekly for YouTube videos and property tours.
