Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Content/Script Writer to join our creative team and assist in producing engaging and informative scripts for our real estate videos. As a Script Writer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and video production teams to create compelling narratives that highlight our properties, attract potential buyers, and promote our brand.
Responsibilities:
• Script Development: Write clear, concise, and compelling scripts for real estate videos, including property tours, promotional videos, client testimonials, engaging dialogue that resonate with viewers and more. Research, conceptualize, and develop original scripts that align with project requirements and target audience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and video production teams to understand project goals, target audience, and key messages.
• Research: Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends to ensure accuracy and relevance in scripts. Incorporate SEO best practices to optimize scripts for online platforms and maximize reach.
• Revision and Editing: Revise and iterate on scripts based on feedback, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging. Revise and edit scripts as needed to improve clarity, structure, and overall quality.
• Deadline Management: Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver scripts on schedule.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a script writer, ideally within the real estate or related industry.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating scriptwriting abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for real estate and storytelling.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how they apply to video content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
