Content Writer (Reels & Social Media)

We are looking for a creative and internet-savvy Content Writer who understands social media, short-form content, trends, hooks, and audience psychology.

This is not a traditional script writing role.

We need someone who can take raw transcripts, interviews, audio recordings, notes, and long-form content and turn them into engaging scripts, content ideas, and social media assets for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts.

Responsibilities
• Convert raw content into engaging short-form scripts.
• Create hooks, story angles, and content concepts.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple content formats.
• Work closely with editors and content teams.
• Research trends and audience behavior.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
• Understanding of viral content, retention, and social media trends.
• Self-driven, creative, and resourceful.

Bonus Points
• Have managed your own page, channel, or content project.
• Have worked with creators, brands, or digital agencies.

Full-Time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
