About the job:
We're looking for passionate writers who want to build a career in content marketing for U.S.-based projects. This is an entry-level position designed for fresh graduates who love writing, understand the power of words, and are eager to learn the skill of digital content marketing.
You'll work on real-world content marketing campaigns, creating long-form articles for American audiences, managing the complete content lifecycle from research to publication, and promoting content across social media platforms.
This is not just a writing job it's an opportunity to build expertise in SEO, content strategy, team coordination, and digital marketing while working on high-impact projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Publishing
- Research, write, and publish long-form content (primarily non-technical topics) for U.S. audiences
- Manage end-to-end content process: research writing editing publishing in WordPress
- Deliver well-structured, engaging, and SEO-optimised articles that rank and convert
2. Scale & Quality Management
- Work on high-volume projects (100-200+ articles per month, depending on project needs)
- Coordinate with junior writers and freelance contributors to scale content production
- Review and edit submissions to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
3. Content Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute content promotion campaigns on Pinterest, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Create eye-catching visuals and graphics using Canva
- Drive organic traffic growth through strategic content distribution
- Learn and apply copywriting techniques to maximise engagement and reach
4. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Monitor content performance metrics: rankings, traffic, engagement, and topical authority
- Identify content opportunities based on data, analytics, and search trends
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve results and refine strategy
Growth Opportunities:
- Hands-on training in content marketing, SEO, and digital publishing
- Work directly with U.S.-based projects and international standards
- Clear path to senior writer and team lead positions
- Build a portfolio of published work across multiple niches

Compensation & Benefits:
Location: On-Site Position in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Office Address: PNTC, Times Of India Press Rd, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM IST (8.5 hours/day)
Weekends off
