About Company:
Taggbox is a UGC platform that helps marketers to increase user engagement, build trust and conversions with solutions to discover, curate, and display user-generated content on all the marketing touchpoints.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and editing content for various platforms and campaigns
2. Manage published content to ensure timely up-to-date information is posted while properly archiving out-of-date content
3. Identify key engagement metrics and content optimization strategies to ensure premium content creation
4. Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
5. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
6. Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
7. Maintain an editorial calendar and keep all campaign objectives aligned with role expectations, goals, and schedule
8. Proofread and edit created content based on requirements and best practices
+. Promote content on social media
10. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
11. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
12. Update website content as needed
13. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Who can apply:
1. Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role
2. Portfolio of published articles
3. Experience doing research using multiple sources
4. Familiarity with web publications
5. Excellent writing and editing skills in English
6. Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
7. Ability to meet deadlines
