Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Podcast Executive Assistant to support all aspects of our podcast operations. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys research, content creation, communication, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Research guests, industries, and trending topics for upcoming podcast episodes.
Write episode briefs, interview questions, talking points, and content outlines.
Identify and reach out to potential podcast guests.
Coordinate guest communication and schedule podcast recordings.
Manage the podcast calendar and ensure smooth execution of each episode.
Assist with follow-ups, email communication, and guest onboarding.
Coordinate with editors, designers, and other team members to keep production on track.
Help repurpose podcast content into social media posts, newsletters, and other written content.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the podcast and founder.
RequirementsExcellent written and spoken English.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to write engaging content and summarize complex topics clearly.
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
Experience with podcast production or content marketing is preferred.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
