• Research and writing product descriptions, reviews, articles, etc. as per brief.
• Ensuring consistency, accuracy and originality of content.
• Developing user-friendly content.
• Incorporating keywords as required for SEO.
• Proofreading to ensure clean copy.
• Understand customer & product needs (explicit and implicit) and align writing to deliver as per requirements
• Communicate with customers on behalf of project manager for updates and query resolution when requested
• Understand internal client needs (explicit and implicit) and ensure collaborative & healthy working relationships
• Understand customer and reporting manager instructions
• Report self and team work status to reporting managers
• Collaboration with peers and team work
• Communicate with customers on behalf of project manager for updates and query resolution when requested
• Ensure conduct as per company policies and value systems
• Ensure adherence to processes while carrying out required work
• Ensure writing is of top quality
• Report results of work and provide timely status updates to reporting managers as required
