This role is for someone who wants to learn the art of writing for social media, understands
tone and timing, and believes writing is less about fluff and more about impact.
We’re Growthic - a content marketing company helping brands, founders, and investors
build category-defining content. We're looking for a curious and creative Content Writer
Associate who’s excited about the power of words, especially in the digital space.
As a Content Writer Associate at Growthic, you’ll write for real people and real brands,
helping them show up with clarity and confidence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and
beyond.
Why This Role Exists …
Words have power because good writing does more than sound nice; it sparks curiosity.
They shape how people see a brand, connect with a story, or decide to trust someone.
You won’t just write to fill space, you’ll write to make someone pause, think, smile, or relate.
From founder stories to brand-building posts, your job is to turn raw thoughts into something
clear and meaningful.
You’ll work side by side with strategists, designers, and the founder, bouncing around ideas,
playing with formats, and figuring out how to say something better.
What You'll Do …
● Build clients’ digital presence, especially on social media platforms.
● Research brand, competitors & trends for content ideas.
● Write clear, engaging, and on-brand content, mostly for LinkedIn, and sometimes for
Instagram too.
● Track post performance & spot industry trends.
● Edit posts based on feedback.
● Stay updated on client-relevant news & terms.
● Help with daily tasks & monthly LinkedIn reports

● You care about the little things the tone, the typo, the way a sentence feels when you
read it out loud.
