Position: Brand Strategist & Content Marketing ManagerLocation: Kolkata (On-site) Department: Marketing Company: Plast Boy LLP Role Overview Plast Boy LLP is seeking a highly creative and commercially driven Brand Strategist & Content Marketing Manager to lead brand building, content strategy, and consumer engagement across our portfolio of toys, lunch boxes, pencil boxes, gifts, and novelty products.This role combines strategic brand management with hands-on content leadership. The ideal candidate can identify market opportunities, define brand positioning, create compelling narratives, and execute content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Growth Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives. Define brand positioning, messaging, and communication frameworks. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Identify opportunities for new product launches and category expansion. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. Content Strategy Create quarterly and annual content strategies. Develop content pillars for each product category. Plan and oversee campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and festivals. Build content calendars across digital platforms. Content Development Lead creation of social media, website, marketplace, and email content. Develop compelling product stories and brand narratives. Write campaign briefs, video concepts, ad copy, and marketing communication. Create scripts for reels, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns. Creative Leadership Direct content shoots, product photography, and video production. Work closely with designers, videographers, agencies, and creators. Maintain a consistent visual and verbal brand identity. Community & Influencer Marketing Develop influencer and creator partnerships. Manage collaborations and campaign execution. Build brand advocacy through customers and creators. Performance & Analytics Measure brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance. Analyze content effectiveness and customer insights. Recommend improvements based on data and market feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with sales, product development, and e-commerce teams. Support marketplace and digital marketing initiatives with strong content and brand strategy. Required Qualifications Experience 3–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Content Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or D2C Marketing. Experience with consumer products, toys, stationery, gifts, FMCG, or e-commerce brands preferred. Skills Strong brand-building and storytelling capabilities. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Deep understanding of social media platforms and content trends. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing fundamentals. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted content tools. Strong analytical and project management skills. Preferred MBA in Marketing or equivalent experience. Experience launching and scaling consumer brands. Experience managing influencers and content creators. Create a scalable content engine producing high-quality content consistently. Increase organic engagement and brand visibility significantly. Launch successful marketing campaigns tied to product launches. Improve marketplace and website conversion through stronger content.
