About the Role
As Content Manager, you’ll lead a team of skilled Content Developers and be at the forefront of keeping our regulatory compliance solutions current, customer-centric, and commercially aligned. As part of the global Content functional leadership for Regulatory Compliance, you will work cross-functionally with local and international teams to ensure content excellence and continuous improvement.
This is a rare opportunity to combine your legal, regulatory or publishing expertise with leadership and innovation – helping us enhance compliance offerings that support professionals across the Pacific.
Reporting to the Head of Content - Regulatory Compliance Global, this is a permanent full-time role based in either Sydney or Melbourne with combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Ensure content accuracy and responsiveness to regulatory changes and customer feedback.
Drive continuous improvement, leveraging data, customer insights, and innovation (including AI and automation).
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align content with commercial goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as regulators, consultants, legal professionals, and authors.
Lead and mentor your team to build subject matter expertise and a customer-first culture.
Support pre-sales activities and customer retention through content leadership.
Requirements
University law degree or equivalent – legal and compliance education and experience preferred
Proven experience in regulatory compliance content, legal publishing, or product/content management.
5+ years’ experience in content development with a focus on legal, risk, or compliance domains.
Demonstrated people leadership experience.
Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Passion for customer-driven content and innovation.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
