Content Manager
Job Description
We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead audience-led, multi-channel content that drives measurable outcomes for a fast-growing law firm.
This is not a copywriter role. You’ll be expected to understand distinct audience segments, tailor messaging and channel mix accordingly, run campaigns end-to-end, and constantly optimise based on what works and what doesn’t.
You’ll sit in a small, senior marketing function with real ownership across email, social, and digital. You’ll manage webinars and digital events, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and ensure a consistent brand presence across touchpoints.
What you’ll do
Plan, write, and deliver integrated campaigns across email, social, and web—anchored in audience insight and performance data.
Craft compelling, on-brand copy for a professional B2B audience, adapting tone and format by segment and stage of the funnel.
Create digital assets and content that support business development across practice or product areas.
Build and execute email campaigns in HubSpot and maintain workflows, tracking performance.
Own the social presence, primarily LinkedIn, and develop a content plan that builds awareness and interest.
Play a proactive role in events promotion and events management.
Skills and experience
Demonstrable experience in a multi-channel marketing or content role, ideally B2B and within Professional Services.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, structure, and format by audience and channel.
Hands-on experience with building email marketing campaigns, ideally through HubSpot.
Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
Basic video editing skills would be advantageous.
The opportunity
This is the perfect opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of the brand as they scale. Offering a supportive and motivating culture, this would be the ideal place to see your career in content marketing flourish.
