Are you an adventurous creator with the personality to be the face of Colorado’s premier adventure rental brand?
Backbone Adventures is looking for a charismatic, highly creative Content & Engagement Coordinator to join our team year-round. This is not a desk job—this is a role for someone who wants to be out in the field, documenting the adrenaline and beauty of the Rocky Mountains while growing a brand that prides itself on safety, professional excellence, and team culture.
The Role: You will be the heartbeat of our social media presence. You aren't just posting; you are capturing the "Backbone" experience. You’ll be on the trails, in the shop, and at the front counter gathering the raw footage that showcases our team’s dedication and our customers’ thrill.
What You’ll Do:
Capture the Experience: Spend your days in the field filming high-energy, authentic short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Be the Face: Serve as the on-camera personality for our brand. You should be comfortable speaking to the camera and showcasing our adventures with authority and excitement.
Engage Our Community: Manage our social media conversations, replying to comments and messages with a friendly, solution-oriented approach that reflects our commitment to great service.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with our COO to execute a content roadmap that supports our growth and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Native Creator Skills: You live on TikTok and Instagram and understand the pace, trends, and language of short-form video.
Authentic Presence: You have a natural ability to connect with people on camera. You are bold, welcoming, and can represent a brand that values safety and adventure equally.
Professionalism: You understand that you are the face of a company built on a "Code of Conduct". You check your baggage at the door, stay professional, and treat every guest with respect.
Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility for your content, fix problems as they arise, and always look for ways to improve.
The Logistics:
Year-Round Role: This is a full-time position that operates through the summer peak and the winter season.
Hybrid Reality: Because we are a culture built on team unity, content capture must happen on-site at our Estes Park locations. Editing and administrative tasks can be handled flexibly, but your presence is required where the work happens.
Competitive Pay & Benefits: We offer competitive hourly compensation, performance-based quarterly bonuses, and the opportunity to grow with a company that is rapidly expanding.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
