About the Job
As a Content Editor, you will be overseeing company's content publishing needs in a fast-paced work environment, content strategy, proofreading and editing analysing readership data, and developing content strategy and work with a team of writers and designers to develop and curate compelling and engaging content Company's audience
What you will do:
• Supervising a team of writers and coordinate with freelance contributors.
• Proofreading and editing spelling, grammar and syntax.
• Ensuring that content meets the company or client's needs, and follows company's inhouse style guide.
• Organizing, modifying and updating existing content.
• Verifying content and information.
• Working with the graphic design team to ensure a userfriendly experience.
• Collaborating with coworkers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping company's audience in mind.
• Analysing data and analytics, and seek to increase reader engagement and retention.
• Representing the organization at launches, meetings, and press events.

What you need to have:
• Experience in writing, copy editing, and proofreading
• Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in desktop publishing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
• A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
• Exposure to fintech, banking, education, and study abroad segments would be a plus.
• Thrives in a fastpaced, everevolving team and can work with crossfunctional teams or autonomously.
