Job Description
• Writing notes and study material for students
• Researching topics and structuring content clearly
• Working with subject matter experts to review and improve content
• Creating content in different formats — PDF notes, guides, presentations, online modules
• Reviewing existing content for accuracy and clarity, and revising it to keep it updated
• Collaborating with the team to meet project timelines and maintain high-quality documentation
Qualifications
• Strong writing and technical writing skills to produce clear, structured notes
• Good grasp of content development and instructional design for effective study material
• Solid communication skills to work with experts and explain content to students
• Candidate must have appeared for RAS interview at least once, OR attempted UPSC Mains at least twice
• Any relevant degree in Education, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of design/e-learning tools and prior teaching or content experience is a bonus
