About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Creator & Strategist who is confident, fluent in English, and has a strong understanding of the education industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing engaging content while aligning it with performance-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives
• Create high-quality content for social media, ads, websites, blogs, and campaigns
• Plan and manage content calendars for consistent brand communication
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce engaging creatives (reels, videos, graphics, etc.)
• Optimize content based on performance metrics and audience insights
• Manage and run campaigns using Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions
• Stay updated with industry trends, especially in the education sector
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Key Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in content creation and strategy
• Prior experience in the education industry is mandatory
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong confidence in presenting ideas and strategies
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube campaigns)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience in gifting marketing or promotional campaigns
• Knowledge of performance marketing tools (Meta Ads, analytics tools, etc.)
• Basic understanding of branding and storytelling
