About us
Le French Comedy Club (FCC) is the only French-language stand-up comedy club in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Sydney, we run shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra with a roster of 40+ comedians. We're growing fast and our content needs to keep up.
The role
We're looking for a freelance Content Creator to manage and grow our presence on Instagram and Facebook. You'll work mostly from home, and come to our shows and events in Sydney to film and capture live content.
What you'll do
Create and publish organic content for Tiktok Instagram and Facebook (reels, stories, posts)
Film and edit highlights from our shows and events
Write captions in French — sharp, funny, never corporate
Manage the editorial calendar and pitch content ideas regularly
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
What we're looking for
Fluent French speaker — native or bilingual level (written and spoken)
Proven experience in social media content creation
Comfortable filming and editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style)
A genuine feel for comedy — you know what makes people laugh
Self-driven, reliable and full of ideas
Valid ABN and full work rights in Australia
Based in Sydney (attendance at events is required)
