About this role

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Contact Centre Agent to join the team in Launceston.

There is currently one permanent Full time position working Monday to Friday, shifts scheduled between the core hours of 8:00am and 5.30pm.

What will you be doing?

Driving the delivery of high quality contact centre services
Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency over the phone and through our online booking platform
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Our ideal team members will have:

Clear communication skills, both in speaking and listening, along with patience and empathy for people in varying situations
Ability to keep calm under pressure and multi-task between different systems while actively listening
High attention to detail and accuracy
Call Centre experience is preferred but not essential
As a team player, you will be determined to succeed in achieving your KPI's and your strong work ethic will be highly valued.
