As a Solution Lead you serve as the end-to-end technical owner of solutions delivered across multiple clients. You are responsible for ensuring that the approved architecture is effectively implemented in practice, with all platforms functioning as a unified, secure, and operationally sound solution.

Senior technical leadership on large-scale enterprise platforms
End-to-end solution delivery experience across multiple technologies
Experience integrating SaaS with legacy systems
Government or regulated environment experience (desirable)
Strong Salesforce implementation experience
Experience with Adobe or similar digital platforms
MuleSoft and API-led integration knowledge
Understanding of distributed systems and master data
Knowledge of integration, data flows, and security
Awareness of non-functional requirements
Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance
Strong engineering judgement and pragmatic decision-making
Comfortable at both technical and stakeholder levels
Outcome-focused and accountable
