Disease management entails controlling long-term medical disorders, providing patients with ongoing care, monitoring their development, modifying treatment regimens as necessary, and coordinating care with other medical specialists.
Consultation and Collaboration: To examine complex problems, get opinions, and develop synchronised treatment options, consult with other medical specialists, healthcare workers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Patient treatment: Offer people with a range of medical issues compassionate, patient-centered treatment. Address the patient's concerns and inform them of their assure their wellbeing during the course of treatment, and discuss their disease, available treatments, and prevention techniques.
