Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant role based in Sheohar. The Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable plans and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field visits or client meetings, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the design and implementation of projects or programs. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring project progress against timelines and goals, and recommending improvements based on evidence and feedback. The Consultant is expected to document work clearly, communicate updates to stakeholders, and contribute to continuous learning and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to interpret data and develop practical recommendations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a structured, organized manner.
• Comfort working on-site in Sheohar, conducting fieldwork or client meetings as needed, and building strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, documents, and presentation software); familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related discipline); a higher degree or specialized training is a plus.
• Previous experience in consulting, project management, field implementation, or a client-facing role is preferred but not strictly required.
• Ability to work in a diverse, inclusive environment with respect for different backgrounds, perspectives, and ideas.
