POSITION: Construction Manager Civil & Interiors
DEPARTMENT: Project Management
REPORTING TO: Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
LOCATION: New Delhi
Position Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of civil and interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on both civil engineering and interior design. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Professional certification in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) is preferred.
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience with a focus on civil and interior projects in Hospitality Industry.
Should have 12+ years of experience in construction management.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate construction teams.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure all project stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and progress.
